This is genius!  Does anyone know if it works?  Apparently, if you want to eat a cut-up apple for lunch, you can cut it, put a rubber band around it, and it won’t turn brown by lunch.  I see a science experiment in my future!

Lunch-meat roll-ups (like turkey-and-Swiss or ham-and-Cheddar)
Tub of hummus (for dipping)
