I absolutely love the splashes of color here! It doesn’t hurt that lime green is one of my absolute favorites! I think the green grass is cool, too. Maybe I will try that, but with wheatgrass or cat grass or something for Refugio!

This is basically my dream space. I really wanted to move into an open-air, NY Loft style apartment, but when I was reading reviews of the only one I could find in MKE, they said BAD things about the management and other tenants (by “tenants” I am including the people that pay rent, and the critters that don’t - GROSS!!!). Someday, though… Someday!

I have a love/hate relationship with ruffles. When I am out clothes shopping, I almost always grab something to try on that has ruffles, but I also always laugh at myself, because I look so ridiculous in them. It’s like I want to be girly, but can’t pull it off. Same with this bedspread. I am not too into the girliness, but I can’t deny that it is awesome, and looks warm as a mofo.

Not sure how I feel about the owl (sorry Leah May), but I think the way this room is painted is pretty bitchin’, especially since it is shaped the same way as my bedroom/attic appartment!
