I LOVE this! Great information! AND, one thing it has left out that Tommy (who got his undergraduate degree in exercise physiology, and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy, and has done a lot of research on nutrition, and is thus in my opinion a credible source) told me, and that is that if you consistently have a calorie deficit, yes, at first, you will be burning and losing fat, BUT, if you keep this going over a long period of time, you could ALSO end up burning away good things, like muscle tissue and organs and bone density! Do NOT count calories! It’s not necessarily safe!
