After eating lots of processed food on set this weekend, I was practically dying for some veggies - anything natural and not beige! When I put this on my plate tonight, the angels sang “Ahhhh!” And I sighed “ahhhh” in relief and contentment! It’s onions, mushrooms, green, red, yellow and orange bell peppers, free range chicken, shrimp and spices on a half of a red chard leaf (I rolled it up like a burrito), with Wisconsin aged cheddar, guacamole, salsa, and grassfed sour cream on top! It was AWESOME! What did you have for dinner?
