The prices were on the post you saw. It includes one of the workout series (prices vary depending on the workout you choose), membership into an online club that helps plan your meals, track your workouts, and enters you to win $500 every time you work out, and also includes a one-month supply of an amazing meal replacement shake/supplement shake called “Shakeology.” I started drinking them to replace breakfast, but now I drink them later in the day because otherwise I am too tempted to drink it twice a day, because thy taste like a brownie in a glass! Here’s all the amazing nutrition in them - http://beachbodycoach.com/esuite/home/Mandelicious?bctid=16664447001
I also offer my personal sponsorship in a small facebook group, where we help keep each other accountable, motivate each other, and track progress!

love your blog and I love that your a makeup artist! how fun! what foundation is best for acne prone skin?
Thanks, so much!
The first thing that is necessary to say is that EVERYONE is different. My first bit of advice would be to find out what is causing your acne. For example, you could have skin that is dry and causing your pores to clog. You could be producing extra oil, which is the most common cause of acne, so I will answer for that one!
For me, when I had acne from oil skin, my favorite foundation for every day was Bare Minerals, because the mineral powder seemed to blot my skin throughout the day, and actually looked better after a couple hours of wear than when I first put it on!
My best bet to you would be to head to a Sephora - most of their cast is very knowledgeable and can even give you samples so that you can try different things without having to commit to buying anything.
I’m happy to help, so if you have any more questions, just ask!
